It’s the Little Things #125

Happy Friday!  Today I’m sharing a fun how to wear ankle boots post, a couple yummy recipes, the book I’m starting this weekend, a coupon code from Pacha Soap Co, a sneak peek of something new coming next week to the shop and a reminder about the grabbing the Guide to a Flexible Routine while it’s intro-priced and more!  Phew, what a week – we’re full into spring sports and I’m loving it, just need to stay on my A-game for meal planning and prepping ahead.

Just a quick heads-up the brand new pdf – Clean Mama’s Guide to a Flexible Routine has been intro-priced and the intro-pricing ends tomorrow night (4/17). If you haven’t seen it, it’s designed to help you create a flexible cleaning routine that works with your schedule, not against it. The kit guides you through the Clean Mama Routine but with plenty of room for adjustments and tweaks to make it work for you! This is something you’ve been asking for and I’m thrilled to be able to bring this kit to you and the excitement has been really fun to see.

A sneak peek of 4 new products I can’t wait to share with you next week – Clean Mama Essential Oils! Four unique blends for cleaning, laundry, and diffusing!  You can read the descriptions here and add your email address to be notified or watch the blog and shop next week.

My ankle boots are one of my favorite pairs of shoes these days. I am always up for a little outfit inspiration and found this post from Paisley and Sparrow to give me some new outfit combination ideas.

Sometimes when it comes to meals around here, the ones easiest to throw together end up being the biggest hit. This chicken parmesan casserole fits the bill in so many ways – a snap to put together with ingredients I had on hand anyhow plus it is easy to double and put one in the freezer. Thanks, Thriving Home!

This is the recipe from The Salty Marshmallow that I used to make cooking the chicken breasts for the casserole. I like to pick up fresh chicken breasts and make this for recipes for the days to come. PS – The Instant pot Mac and cheese from this site is also a winner!

In the mood for a cozy, comforting kind of book? This World War II novel, The Kitchen Front by Jennifer Ryan, centers around a cooking competition and four women vying for the prize is in my book basket. I’m hoping to start it this weekend!

If you dread the daunting tasks of vacuuming and washing floors, take a peek at this post from this week about how to tackle this often dreaded duo.

Last week I shared this yummy whipped soap scrub combo from Pacha Soap Co and they have a coupon code for you!  Use the code CLEANMAMA for 20% off your entire order – hooray!

With the change of seasons, what are you most looking forward to?

A couple Clean Mama Items:

Did you see the Spring Quarterly?  It’s one of my favorite things on the site – a quiet approach to homekeeping and an invitation to slow down. Check it out here. The Summer Quarterly is coming May 1st!

Did you know that I have Clean Mama products on Amazon?  You’ll find some favorites and some different bulk pricing and configurations like sets of 12 Premium Bar Mop Towels, Sponges and sets of 12 Flour Sack Towels.

Thank you to all of you that have ordered Clean Mama’s Guide to a Peaceful Home!  I have been blown away by the excitement and support from the book – it’s so much fun to finally have this book out in the world. If you love it, I’d love for you to leave a review and share the book on social media! Tag me so I can re-share 🙂
